The Chaplaincy: Basic Chaplain Certification
Our unique training program explores the world of law enforcement, fire, prisons, hospital ministry through the lens of chaplaincy. As a student, you will explore chaplaincy’s theoretical, operational components while learning from experienced chaplains with real-world experience.
Students will learn the basics of Christian counseling. Imagine learning how to read body language (Para-Linguistic Communication) to reveal what a person is thinking in times of despair.
Students will learn helpful communication techniques when dealing with police, prison, and other emergency services personnel. Learn to avoid the pitfalls that get a chaplain fired due to a lack of experience and much more. Basic Chaplain Training Credentialing Course (BCT)
Become equipped to serve as a chaplain in hospitals, the military, businesses, and more. Learn more about our Chaplaincy Certification Course online and in-person.
Note: A completed Chaplains International application and background check must be completed prior to starting the course.
Lay Counselor Training
This online course will teach you the basics of biblical counseling.
Foundations is the starting point for learning more about biblical counseling. This introductory course is designed to provide practical training and tools that you could use immediately with those around you.

Officer's Candidate School (OCS)
Learn to lead in any situation at OCS. Put your college degree to use, learn important leadership skills, and prepare for a career as a Chaplains International Officer.

Instructor Development Course (IDC)
The Instructor Development Course (IDC) provides standardized, multi-level, multi-track programs to develop professionalism in the delivery of Basic Chaplain Training (BCT) instruction.
